How to make Fresh Fruit Yogurt Popsicle in 12 steps!

OMG is my blog transforming into a food blog? Most of my recent post are alllllll about food food food and food. Of course, this post as well lol. Well its just because recently I was sick and too busy about assignments and the only time I get to explore is when I eat (hey food are energy sources for a patient to recover kay so don't you dare to judge hahahaha). BUT, this time, we make our food. Fresh, Healthy and Tasty.

Fresh Fruit Yogurt Popsicle, recipe created my ma mom and refined by me. Its really a great choice of dessert and snacks especially in a hot afternoon. Not-so-fattening, with loads of fruits nutrients and it helps for digestion!

So now, lets move our ass and prepare our food! (Note: I am making my own yogurt for this so if you prefer to use yogurt that bought from market you can skip to step 5)

Materials to be prepared:

Fruits of your choice: I used mango, kiwi and dragon fruit here
Condensed Milk: For adding in sweetness to the popsicles (you can use honey and sugar too)
Fresh Milk
Yogurt Powder: Can be bought in some bakery shop or Organic Food shop
[Yogurt Maker]: YOU MUST HAVE THIS TO MAKE YOUR YOGURT. Its quite cheap actually, around RM 70-150 you can get a pretty decent one.

1. Pour 1/5 of the fresh milk and the whole pack of yogurt powder into the container of Yogurt Maker.

2. Stir it around until it is fully mixed.

3. Pour the rest of Fresh Milk.

4. Put into the Yogurt Maker, turn on electric and wait for 8 hours. (You can make this before you sleep so the yogurt will be done when you wake up!)

5. Cut the fruits you need into cubes

Tips: you can frozen it if you dont want your fruit yogurt to be too watery! So you can prepare this on the night before together with the yogurt mix!

6. The yogurt is done, it should look creamy.

7. Put the fruit, condensed milk (around 3 teaspoon depends on your preference) and yogurt into the blender.

8. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ blend it entirely!

9. Pour the fruit yogurt into popsicle mold. Freeze it for like 4 hours.

And there you go, Fresh Fruit Yogurt Popsicle, all made from scratch!

Personally, I LOVE MANGO FLAVOUR THE MOST. Cause mango is already sweet itself and it is not too watery, plus the fragrance of mango is so strong! For dragon fruit, please remember to put in less fruit and more yogurt if you want a stronger yogurt taste as the fruit contains a lot of water. And for kiwi, LOTSA HONEY! Or you will end up eating a sour yogurt bar lol.

Try it now and share with me your experience! Slurrrrp I am craving for the mango yogurt popsicle again.
Good Luck!
